Zombie 5k Run & Walk

  • Race to benefit Make A Wish Foundation
  • Long sleeve Tech shirts to first 200 runners with early registration by Sept. 1st, 2013
  • Post race refreshments
  • Timing by PCR Timing Service

Zombie Runners


  • Zombies will chase only those runners wearing Velcro life tags
  • Three tags will signify the full life of the runner
  • Runners must maintain at least one of their life tags for eligibility to receive prizes
  • Each missing tag is valued at 2 minutes deficit to be deducted from their actual race time(for prize awards only).
  • Zombies themselves will earn prizes by obtaining the most life tags from the runners

Prizes (No duplication of awards)


  • Trophies for top overall male and female participants in the 5k race
  • Gift cards for 1st place mens and womens in each respective age category
  • Gift cards for top 3 finishers in the zombie runner category (limited to those participants without wins in other categories)
  • Gift cards for top 3 walkers category regardless of gender
  • Gift cards for top 3 zombie chasers with the most life tags

Race registration & packets will be available at the Make A Wish Office 1855 Monroe Ave., Roch., NY.

14618 on Friday, October 11 @ 10 am 7 pm or on Race day 7am 8:45am (Race begins at 9am sharp)
