Angling RoadRunner 5k

Run, walk, hop or crawl and join us for the first annual Angling Road Elementary Roadrunner 5K and One Mile Fun Run on April 26th 2013.

All students are welcome to participate; however, please note this is NOT a drop off event. Any student in Middle School must have a parent or guardian present at the event.

At Angling Road Elementary, we believe that healthy bodies help to promote healthy minds. Any profits from this event will go towards supporting Healthy Kids, Healthy Minds initiatives at Angling Road Elementary, including healthy snack options, run clubs, and physical education programs and supplies.

The 5k race starts at 6:00pm and will be a chipped time event by Great Lakes ChampionChip Inc. The course map for the event can be found by clicking here.

Registration for the 5k is $15.00 per runner. Each pre-registered runner will receive a race day shirt and be entered into our drawing at the end of the event.

The top three 5K finishers in each age and gender group will receive a custom medal. There will be FREE refreshments for all 5K participants.

There will also be a FREE one Mile Fun Run following the 5K. All Fun Run participants will receive an award.

Not a runner? We still need your help. We need volunteers to help make our event a success. Please consider volunteering or coming out and cheering on our runners along the route. We will also have prizes for Fantastic Fan!!!!!
