Brain Freezer 5K

How fast can you run a 5K? Have you ever eaten a pint of ice cream in one sitting? The Brain Freezer 5k is your chance to see how fast you can do both!

The Brain Freezer 5K will take you on a tour of the beautiful Queen City -- Burlington, VT. Challengers must run 1.5 miles, eat a full pint of Ben & Jerry's ice cream, then run the rest of the way back. All of the proceeds from the race go to People Helping People Global, a Vermont-based, international development organization that provides interest-free microloans to individuals to start small businesses.
