Seattle Run Series - Resolution Series Jan. 26, Feb. 23, Mar. 30

Race #1 - Resolution Run - Resolve to change your year this year.

Race #2 - Revolution Run 

Race #3 - Evolution Run

 

Race or walk in a beautiful park with views of Lake Washington along the entire course.

Do all 3 eents and watch your time and fitness improve.

Medals to Top-3 Overall and Top-3 in each age group at each individual race.

 

Chip timed.

 

Resolution Box: A box will be available for participants to enter their 2014 fitness resolutions (You can choose to be anonymous if you like). Resolutions will be read at the award ceremony.

 

Dave's organic bread, peanut butter and jelly, bagels, cream cheese, fruit, chocolate milk post-race.

 

Everyone who pre-registers for the 3-Race Series will be eligible for the Most Improved Award.

Awards will be given based on total time improved to one individual in the 5k and one individual in the 10k. Winners will receive a whicking shirt from the Seattle Run Series, a pair of running shoes, and free entry into the next 3-Race Series that begins in April.
