The 25th Annual Leprechaun Lope

Registration

Get ready to get green and get silly! Come welcome in the Spring with 1000+ costumed runners at the 25th Annual Leprechaun Lope. Register before March 9th to be guaranteed a tech shirt. The fastest male and female finishers on both the 5K and the 10K each win $50. All division winners and runners up will be recognized and randomly will receive prizes. The 10K starts at 8:30AM sharp. The 5K starts at 8:40 AM sharp. The 2 mile fun run starts at 8:50 AM.

Packet Pick Up

Early packet pick up at Lourdes School 1065 E 700 S, SLC on Thursday and Friday March 13th and 14th 4pm-8pm and on race day near the starting line at the State Capitol. Watch for real leprechauns hiding along the courses!

Details

The 10K and 5K courses are US Track and Field Certified. The 10K course proceeds up City Creek Canyon about two miles then circles back. The 5K course proceeds up Bonneville Blvd and circles back. All courses end together in Memory Grove. Centipedes are 4 runners linked together by a common costume or ribbon. Each Centipede gets one bib/chip and the team name will be listed on all the shirts.

Clydesdale/Athena is a division for bigger men/women.

Chip Timing by RunSum

Chip timing services will be provided by RunSum. A text with your finishing time will be sent to the phone number used in your registration shortly after you finish. You can also use your smart phone to scan the bar code on your race bib to get your finish time. If all that isn't enough, there will be a Kiosk near the finish line providing a printout of individual finish times.

$15 for kids 14 and under; $25 for adults; $35 after March 10th for everyone
