March of Dimes Phoenix Run for Babies


Join us for our inaugural race, meant to enhance and complement our premier walking event, Phoenix March for Babies. Run for Babies is a timed & accurately measured 5K through the streets of downtown Phoenix, beginning and ending at the Capitol.

Celebrate the steps taken to help our Arizona babies towards a healthy start in life. After the race, join the over 7,000 walkers and eat a picnic lunch while enjoying live entertainment. Meet up with your family to visit the bounce houses at the Kids' Zone, while stopping by our Mission Tent to learn more about how March of Dimes has been helping babies for more then 75 years.

*Please note: Pre-event Registration Fee is $35 / Day-of Registration Fee is $45

Event schedule and times

6:45 A.M. Event Day Registration & Packet Pick-up Opens

7:45 A.M. Official Race Start

Pre-Event Packet Pick-Up: Details coming soon

Timing & Scoring: Phoenix Run for Babies will be professionally timed by Race Place Events using the Chronotrack Timing System with the embedded disposable B tag on bibs.

Awards will be given out following the race as part of March for Babies programming.

Run for Babies 5K will start just prior to the Phoenix March for Babies walk. Please encourage your family & friends who prefer to walk to join you in supporting March of Dimes by taking part in the 2.5 mile walk event. All runners will have access to the activities, entertainment and food that are part of March for Babies, located in Wesley Bolin Memorial Park.
