No matter if it is your first 5K race or your hundredth, when you register for a 5K race it will keep you motivated and on task to reach your goal of running a successful 5K race. By actually setting up a date on your calendar, you pinpoint the time that you have to be ready to step on that starting line of your 5K race.

Prepare a training schedule immediately after booking your 5K race. New runners should begin with light training and build into a longer running routine.

8 Week Bootcamp: Spring into Summer Bods

Are you ready to Spring into Summer feeling healthy & strong? Join Kaylin Russeau Fitness for Bootcamp!

Who: Our class welcomes all levels of fitness from the beginner to the advanced participant looking to improve their fitness & health by attending a class that is fun, community driven & challenging! Progressions and modifications are provided to make sure you are getting an awesome workout for your fitness level! You are in charge of how much you challenge yourself!

What: This Bootcamp class will be 6 weeks long throughout the course of Winter to Spring. Equipment will be used in a circuit format such as dumbbells, kettle bells, battle ropes, a BOSU stability trainer & TRX suspension system.

When: 4/17, 4/24, 5/1, 5/8, 5/15, 5/22, 5/29, 6/5

Tuesdays 5:30 pm – 6:30 pm

Where: Dundee Elementary in APR - Park off of Adams or Dundee Middle School

Cost: $50 for 8 weeks ($6.25/class) or $8 Drop In
