Avoid Skipping Recovery
Listening to your body is key to avoiding injury and burnout. Your body can actually grow stronger when you are at rest. The process of training includes workouts that are strategically placed along with rest days, which provides stimulation during the activity and recovery when you are at rest. If you are new to running, it is important not to push yourself to hard. Injuries can pop up when training advances too quickly. If your body is giving you warning signs, listen and take the extra time off so you can fully adjust and recover to meet your specific fitness needs.

Parent or Legal Guardian must be present at registration. Parent or legal guardian MUST RUN THE ENTIRE COURSE WITH CHILD. If the child is found on the course without the guardian, they will not be able to continue running.
Registration will open at 8:00 AM.
Bag Drop will be available near registration. Please do not leave valuable items in your bag as we are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items.
Parking is $5.00 per car. Location will be announced prior to race day.
There are no ATM's on site.
Music, food and drinks will follow each race.
There is a $5.00 spectator fee for anyone not running the race (kids 14 and under are free). This will be paid upon arrival.
Bring two non-perishable food items that will be donated to the Rehoboth Food Pantry and the spectator fee will be waived. We had a great turnout for this last year, let's try and top that!
