No matter if it is your first 5K race or your hundredth, when you register for a 5K race it will keep you motivated and on task to reach your goal of running a successful 5K race. By actually setting up a date on your calendar, you pinpoint the time that you have to be ready to step on that starting line of your 5K race.

Prepare a training schedule immediately after booking your 5K race. New runners should begin with light training and build into a longer running routine.

Police Fitness & Nutrition presents Battle Of The Frontlines by City Challenge Race  

Calling all First Responders! Are you ready to see if you have what it takes?  Saturday May 19th be part of our fitness competition which includes a 1-mile course and over 10 obstacles produce by City Challenge Race. We are organizing the largest First Responder Fitness Competition to hit the East Coast.

Are you Police, Fire, Military, Corrections, or EMT?  Get your 4-person team together and show all the other first responders your grit and determination! Your team will have a chance to earn the first ever Battle of the Frontlines championship trophy!

This will be a First Responder only fitness competition. Friends and family are encouraged come and cheer their loved ones.
