Avoid Skipping Recovery
Listening to your body is key to avoiding injury and burnout. Your body can actually grow stronger when you are at rest. The process of training includes workouts that are strategically placed along with rest days, which provides stimulation during the activity and recovery when you are at rest. If you are new to running, it is important not to push yourself to hard. Injuries can pop up when training advances too quickly. If your body is giving you warning signs, listen and take the extra time off so you can fully adjust and recover to meet your specific fitness needs.
Is a remote run, you can run with own time, distances, about lifestyle. Any city, any time, you would run in a park, beach, favorite place another race, near at home, with a friend, another competition. Is not a live event
Distances: 1k/5k/10k/Half Marathon
Who: All people, all ages. Walkers are welcome.
When: April 21th to April 22th (Race Time)
Where: Any city any place.
Prices: $23 Only Medal.

This is noted on our registration application and when you register for our events you must agree to this policy. You may not give or sell your number to another individual - doing so could result in your disqualification as well as the runner using your race number. The entry fee for this year's event will NOT transfer to next year's event, no exceptions. This policy stays in effect whether you are injured, have an unexpected business or family emergency, pregnancy, etc. There are NO exceptions.
