By actually setting up a date on your calendar, you pinpoint the time that you have to be ready to step on that starting line of your 5K race.
Prepare a training schedule immediately after booking your 5K race. New runners should begin with light training and build into a longer running routine.
The Ice Cream Race is a 5K obstacle race that's designed for participants of all ages and abilities. You will "Sweat Your Way To Sweetness" while climbing, crawling, sliding, dodging and screaming for ice cream all the way to the finish line!
You will encounter over 12 fun and challenging obstacles throughout the 5k course. If you have not picked up your race bib and packet at pre-registration, please arrive 30-45 minutes prior to your start time so that you can obtain your race bib and packet. We have plenty of free parking so feel free to invite your friends and family to come and cheer you on! Every runner must sign a waiver before they participate in our event. We recommend bringing a towel, change of clothes, and some spending money for food and apparel. Wear appearal that you dont mind getting dirty and messy.
