Prepare a training schedule immediately after booking your 5K race. New runners should begin with light training and build into a longer running routine.

Grab a friend and sign-up to run or walk to Celebrate Hope! It’s a family-friendly event with a professionally certified and timed race, free Kids Run, DJ, snacks, medals, and other giveaways. Race t-shirts are available for participants registered by June 1, 2018. Proceeds from the event will support organizations in our community dedicated to addressing the growing opioid epidemic by raising awareness and supporting hope for recovery.
