By actually setting up a date on your calendar, you pinpoint the time that you have to be ready to step on that starting line of your 5K race.
Prepare a training schedule immediately after booking your 5K race. New runners should begin with light training and build into a longer running routine.

This is a fun, active class that teaches you how to take on Ninja Warrior type obstacles. Challenge your player to learn what it takes to be a Ninja Warrior. This six-week RevSports instructional Ninja Warrior class maximizes the time that a player spends developing individual skills. Each day will focus on a topic that builds on the previous topic. Topics include running, jumping, agility, balance, strength and more. Class starts with an active, skill-based warm-up; transitions into a fun, more challenging game; and ends with an age-appropriate obstacle course. All ability levels are welcome. Focus is on individual player development and helping each player at their own ability level become more confident with the necessary skills.
