By actually setting up a date on your calendar, you pinpoint the time that you have to be ready to step on that starting line of your 5K race.

Prepare a training schedule immediately after booking your 5K race. New runners should begin with light training and build into a longer running routine.

Squatchy Leftovers

The Thanksgiving feast is over, Black Friday is done; now it's time for you to get off the couch, leave the stores and head over to the trails! Join us on Saturday November 23, 2019 at the South Mountain Reservation in West Orange, NJ for The Squatchy Leftovers 5K & 10K trail run! This is a free fun run event: in lieu of a registration fee, we will be collecting donations for "Operation Chillout" and will finish the race with a potluck--bring your favorite post-race food or your Thanksgiving leftovers to share with everyone!
