If you are new to running, it is important not to push yourself to hard. Injuries can pop up when training advances too quickly. If your body is giving you warning signs, listen and take the extra time off so you can fully adjust and recover to meet your specific fitness needs.

Please note that this is a SELF-COORDINATED run with no setup, chip-timing, or coordinators on-site. Your time will be self-recorded, submitted, and posted on our website after your run.
If you choose to follow one of our listed routes, refer to the map which will be listed on our website one week prior to your race. We do not provide GPS tracking or send the map routes to your mobile devices. Please be aware of your own safety during your runs.
