Set a Date

No matter if it is your first 5K race or your hundredth, when you register for a 5K race it will keep you motivated and on task to reach your goal of running a successful 5K race. By actually setting up a date on your calendar, you pinpoint the time that you have to be ready to step on that starting line of your 5K race.

Prepare a training schedule immediately after booking your 5K race. New runners should begin with light training and build into a longer running routine.

Get excited for the THIRD annual May the Course be with You 5k! The next movie is scheduled to come out on 12/20/19, Star Wars: Episode IX??. 

 
In the spirit of Star Wars, this will be a FUN opportunity to get out your light saber and practice your best Darth Vader impersonation, as well as dress up in your favorite holiday race outfit!
 
Day of Event Schedule: 
730am - 945am Packet Pickup/Check-In  
10am Run/Walk starts

Registration FAQs:
Q.  What does my registration include?
A.  Registration includes run/walk, medal, race photos, and more!
 
Q.  When does registration close?
A.  Online registration will close on 12/5/19 or if capacity is reached. 
 
 
Q.  What's a virtual 5k? 
A.  A virtual race is a race that can be run (or walked) from any location you choose. You can run, jog, or walk on the road, on the trail, on the treadmill, at the gym or on the track (or even at another race). You get to run your own race, at your own pace, and time it yourself. We will mail you your medal when we receive them.  Do not show up to event, medals will be mailed after event date.
 
Q.  Are there refunds?
A.  Sorry, no refunds.

Q.  Is the race timed?
A.  The run/walk is for FUN.  There will be unofficial timing available. 
 
Q.  Where can I park?
A.  Please arrive early to find street parking.

Q.  Where is the race route?
A.  We will be sharing the inside path at Green Lake Park with non-participants, please be courteous.

Q.  Who is the charity partner?
A.   Please bring non-perishable food donations to help contribute to the local food shelter.
