No matter if it is your first 5K race or your hundredth, when you register for a 5K race it will keep you motivated and on task to reach your goal of running a successful 5K race. By actually setting up a date on your calendar, you pinpoint the time that you have to be ready to step on that starting line of your 5K race.

Prepare a training schedule immediately after booking your 5K race. New runners should begin with light training and build into a longer running routine.

Families that end the old year focusing on fitness will begin the New Year building on that healthy mission. Pursuing a healthy lifestyle is not a short-lived New Year’s Resolution but a way of life that you carry from year to year.  So, join Fit & Able to Run Out the Old Year together! 
 
We hope you'll join us on New Year’s Eve Eve Eve on December 39th. and please invite your friends and family to walk or run with you!

The Last Mile is also the last race of Fit & Able's 2018 Free-for-All Race Series.
