Set a Date
No matter if it is your first 5K race or your hundredth, when you register for a 5K race it will keep you motivated and on task to reach your goal of running a successful 5K race. By actually setting up a date on your calendar, you pinpoint the time that you have to be ready to step on that starting line of your 5K race.
Prepare a training schedule immediately after booking your 5K race. New runners should begin with light training and build into a longer running routine.
Rise to the challenge of the Alpine Adventure. This 5k adventure mud run will test your endurance, strength, agility and mental toughness. Our courses have been professionally designed by mud run experts and are loaded with over 30 obstacles: some small, some big, some wacky, and all a blast!
You won't believe how much fun you can have while working this hard. Work together as you climb, slide, splash, endure, and succeed. Utilizing the natural terrain of Little Switzerland ski area, our course will challenge the most extreme obstacle racing athlete but is still easy enough that anyone can complete.
Participants will be sent out on a first come, first served basis (in groups of about 25 to 50) within the selected time blocks. You can arrive anytime within your 1 hour start time window.

The only competitive heat will be the first heat at 7am on Saturday. If you wish to be in the competitive heat, please arrive by 6:30am on Saturday morning and register for the competitive heat only registration. You may re-run the course again for a small additional fee.
