Women's Training Program Thursday nights from *approximately* May 2nd through June 28th (exact dates to be announced as this even gets closer) are LADIES NIGHT for KRR's Women Only Training for interval, hill and trail running in addition to core and strength training.Sessions Summer Fun Runs/Walks Dates: TBD, but has typically been Wednesdays from early June through mid, at 6:15 pm. Entry is free with ribbons or medals to all finisher and every night is a cookout night! Post race party with food, drink, prizes & music.
