The 5K Run For Heroes, Sponsored By The Peekskill American Legion

The Peekskill American Legion Post 274 is hosting The 5K Run/Walk For Heroes on Saturday, June 11th, 2011 at the Plumbers & Steamfitters Local 21 in Peekskill, NY.There will be a BBQ after the run/walk at the American Legion Hall down the street from the Steamfitter's building. The cost is only $20. If you're interested in donating more to the America's Veterans, the American Legion will be collecting donations at the event.

Volunteers: The Peekskill American Legion is also looking for help from anyone that would like to volunteer their time for this event. John is walking! Hope the weather is good for the 5K Walk/Run on Saturday!
